Privacy Policy – FixMate

Information we collect

Account details: name, phone number and, for workers, skills and service area.
Location: your address and device location, used to match you with nearby workers or customers.
Job details: service requests, descriptions, ratings and reviews.
Device data: a push-notification token so we can alert you about jobs.

How we use it

To match customers with workers and run each job.
To show your location to the other party during an active job so they can find you or track arrival.
To send notifications, verify your phone number and improve the service.

Sharing

During a job, the customer and worker see each other's name, relevant contact details and location. To calculate routes, coordinates are sent to our map routing provider (OpenRouteService). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time by emailing hello@fixmate.lk.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.
